Our passion is bringing trendy, boutique style clothing to all body types. We know fashion is one of many ways of expressing our unique personalities. We want to supply clothing that looks good, feels good, and makes our customers stand a little taller. Our mission here at Rise Apparel is “Rise and Shine!”. Rise above, follow your heart and enjoy the adventure.

You build the following and we take care of everything else! For as little as $12.99 a month we will cover everything from the design, manufacturing, warehousing, merchandising, and shipping of all the product.

Upon enrollment you will receive the following:

  • Your own generous discount to shop Rise Apparel at 40% off.
  • Your own unique URL to track and earn a commission on sales generated.
    • Potential to earn 20% - 40% commission of all sales generated from your unique link.
  • Earn 5% commission on your referrals who also become affiliates.
  • Exposure! We will be sharing posts of our REPS wearing our clothes on social media sites and tagging you.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

  • Standard shipping on all US orders is a flat rate fee of $6.95
  • Standard shipping on all US orders over $100 is FREE
  • Standard shipping on all Canada orders is a $15 flat rate
  • Standard 3 day shipping orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out
  • Once your order has been shipped we will send you confirmation with your order tracking information

Black Branch Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Orders that have been lost or damaged in the mail-USPS is responsible once and order has been shipped out
  • Orders marked delivered-USPS is responsible for all orders once an order is shipped out-Please contact your local post office to file a claim

If there is an issues with your tracking number or package delivery please contact USPS before contacting us, please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to be updated, in some cases tracking information will not update and you will still receive your order. If you still have not received your order after the delivery date please contact us.

If your tracking information conforms that your order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them.  We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.

We are NOT responsible for if the order is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 days to process the shipment and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.  If an order is not delivered in time please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS, We will NOT refund shipping fees if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

RETURN POLICY

We always want your shopping experience at Black Branch Boutique to be a fantastic one! Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we're here to help!

  • All items MUST be post marked within 15 DAYS of delivery date
  • Please include your original invoice with your return and why you are returning
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • We recommend getting tracking on return orders-We are not responsible for lost/stolen returns
  • Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND DAMAGE FREE. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, animal hair, or odors will not be accepted.The customer is responsible for return shipping fees-we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen returns 
  • If an item is damaged upon arrival please email us immediately at hello@blackbranchboutique.com with a picture of the damaged item. 
  • Items damaged upon arrival must be UNWORN and UNWASHED and returned within 15 DAYS of delivery date to be accepted for a return.
  • If an item is damaged after it has been worn, it may NOT be returned. All item must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted for a return.
  • Online only store credit will be given for returned items 
  • Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for return processing
  • Once your return is processed you will receive email or text confirmation

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible to pay a $4.99-$10.99 return shipping charge, depending on the weight of the package. You will be notified by email or text. If the return shipping fee is not paid or the items are not claimed, We will hold for 15 days, after the 15 days the items will be donated to charity

 

EXCHANGES

  • Due limited inventory and the high demand for our products we are unable to hold merchandise for an exchange

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED

  • Flash sale items, sale items or items with a 30% off or more discount are final sale 
  • Jewelry, intimates, swim, purses, and hats are final sale 

SHOES

  • Any shoes being returned need to be returned in original shoe box
  • Please place shoes and original shoe box in another box during shipping to prevent damage to original shoe box during shipping
  • DO NOT use shoe box as shipping box
  • DO NOT use any tape on original shoe box
  • Any damaged shoes or shoe boxes will not be accepted
